These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of don55, including all games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotions, and any other features available on the platform. don55 may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Your don55 account is your personal responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username and password — and for all activity that takes place under your account whether or not you authorised it.

• Never share your don55 username or password with anyone — including friends, family members, or anyone else.
• Do not allow anyone else to use your don55 account or place bets on your behalf.
• Use a strong, unique password for your don55 account and do not reuse it across other websites or apps.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify don55 support at support@don55.im immediately.
• don55 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any message requesting your password is fraudulent — report it to support.

don55 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their login credentials. Once you report a potential security breach, don55 will take steps to investigate and secure the account.

All financial transactions on don55 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on don55:

• The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name — the same name on your don55 account. Third-party payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
• Deposits received from an account that does not match the registered name on your don55 account will be held pending verification and may be returned to the sender.
• The minimum deposit via Easypaisa and JazzCash is Rs 200. Minimum IBFT deposit is Rs 1,000. Minimum Visa/Mastercard deposit is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible.
• don55 charges no platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own standard charges independently.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. don55 reserves the right to request documentation before releasing funds, particularly for large or unusual withdrawal amounts.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal request can be processed on the portion of balance arising from a bonus.

don55 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 3–10 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals typically complete within 1–3 business hours. don55 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing times.

All bets placed on don55 — whether on cricket, other sports, card games, slots, or fishing games — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market or game as displayed at the time of play, in addition to these general Terms.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by don55, it is binding. Bets cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded except as provided by the relevant market rules (for example, in the event of match abandonment).
• don55 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error — including bets placed at odds that were published incorrectly due to a technical or human error.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of the market. don55 may suspend or close in-play markets at any point during a match at its discretion.
• If a cricket match is abandoned before a result is possible, pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. Settled in-play bets stand.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed in the betting interface. don55 reserves the right to limit bet amounts for individual players at its discretion.
• Exploiting errors in odds, game algorithms, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

All casino games, slots, and fishing games available on don55 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcomes are independently verifiable and cannot be predicted or manipulated by don55 or by players.

don55 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to these general Terms.

• Registering more than one account on don55 under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at registration or during any identity verification process.
• Using don55 if you are under the age of 18 years.
• Betting on behalf of another person or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of manipulation of sports results or game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial assistance to interact with the don55 platform or gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit system errors, software bugs, or incorrectly displayed odds to place bets at advantageous prices that were not intentionally offered by don55.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering through don55 deposits, gameplay, or withdrawals.
• Abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to multi-accounting for bonus purposes, reverse bonus exploitation, or coordinated bonus abuse across multiple players.
• Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data belonging to don55 or other players without authorisation.

don55 monitors platform activity continuously. Any account showing signs of prohibited conduct will be investigated and may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice.

You may close your don55 account at any time by contacting support at support@don55.im. Any available balance (net of applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following account closure.

don55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity when requested by don55.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Evidence of match-fixing, cheating, or collusion.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour directed toward don55 staff or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, don55 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, bonuses, and pending withdrawals. don55 will provide a written explanation within a reasonable timeframe in such cases.

don55 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the don55 website. Where a change is material — for example, a change to how withdrawals are processed, bonus terms, or eligibility rules — don55 will provide reasonable advance notice via email or in-platform notification to registered players.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continuing to use don55 after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, you should close your account before the revised Terms come into effect.

don55 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While don55 makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous and error-free service, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all features will be available at all times.

• don55 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues outside of its reasonable control.
• don55 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account login credentials.
• don55 is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• don55's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the preceding 30 days.

Nothing in these Terms limits don55's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

don55 collects and processes personal information in connection with your account and use of the platform. This includes registration data, transaction records, gameplay logs, and device/browser information. All personal data is handled in accordance with don55's Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and don55.

By registering a don55 account, you consent to don55 processing your personal information for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support purposes.
